Simple Banana Oat Muffin recipe

Just wanna share great recipe BANANA OAT MUFFIN. Its very simple recipe and healthy too. Try it and you gonna love the taste!


Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oat
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup fresh milk or yogurt or sour cream
2 eggs
3 bananas


Instruction
Heat the oven to 180 C
Mixed all flour, oat and baking powder in a bowl.
In other bowl, mixed all other ingredient except for fresh milk/yogurt/sour cream. Beat it until its fluffy and creamy.
Then, add the flour mixture in the batter alternate it with the fresh milk/yogurt/sour cream. Mix it well until it look creamy and fluffy.
Lays 12 muffin cup and fill the cup with the batter up to 3/4 cup. Bake it for 25 mins.
Have it with your love ones!


p/s: you can spread some sugar, chopped almond, raisins or choc chip on the batter before you bake it. It will give more wonderful taste!
